So you're interested in the Startup LAunch Program? 🚀
Before we get started, we will need to know about you, your startup and your needs, so that we can assess if you're a fit for our non-equity, no cost mentorship program. We require all applicants to submit a pitch deck or business model canvas.
Our vetting process helps us, help you. Letting us under the hood early in the process will really help us make better informed decisions regarding your application and potential advisor, so it really is in your best interest to put some serious time and effort into your application.

Step 1: Online application
- Part A: Startup LAunch Inquiry The "quick-and-dirty" summary of your startup in an easy form located at the bottom of this page. We require all applicants to upload a pitch deck or business model canvas (Helpful resources: Business Model Generation by Alexander Osterwalder & Business Model Canvas template). Complete and submit, then stand by for a confirmation email that will contain links to parts B and C. You should receive this within 24 hours. (Don't see it in your inbox? Double-check your spam folder.)
- Part B: Official Request for Services 641 Aka Bixel's non-disclosure agreement, liability waiver and conflict of interest form. You'll also receive a separate confirmation email upon submission.
- Part C: Startup Evaluation An in-depth questionnaire about your venture. This is the most crucial part of your application! You have the option to send yourself a copy of what you've submitted in the concluding confirmation window!
Step 2: Assessment call
Parts A, B, and C in Step 1 must be completed prior to application review. After completion and submission of the parts above, we carefully review your application with our team and determine whether you are a fit for the program.
If we determine you're a fit, you will receive an email to schedule an assessment call. (Expect to hear from us within 1-2 weeks of submission) And in the event that we are not equipped to assist you, we'll direct you to the most appropriate resources within our community.
Step 3: Advisor assignment
Once you've passed the assessment call and we've determined you're a fit, you will be assigned and connected to a Bixel Exchange advisor within 1 week. Congratulations, and welcome aboard!
